A high quality, straightforward machine to cook eggs with the peace of mind of auto shut-off and a measuring cup to take out the guesswork for soft and hard boiling. Reliable in its auto shut off performance. I used to have the widely popular hen-shaped boiler but it was WAY below this product in terms of overall quality, user-friendliness, and reliability of its auto shut feature. It wasn’t’ also equipped with a measuring cup. This black+decker is far superior!
