This was perfect for my height 5.4in and just enough to carry 5kg on my 17day trek.. it was very useful, the hold on my back was perfect coz I didnât feel as it I was dragging.. it didnât feel I was carrying a 5kg on my back and walking for 8-10hrs a day ..

awesome back pack, really comfortable light and plenty of space, only down size is after some use the check straps is coming loose form the left end, it’s a little hard to get it back in In place but double if you have strong finger, overall I will buy it again
