It has a nice Bite to it! With the sweetness of Honey! It did have a Hot spot when I first tasted it. I transfer it to a softer bottle to squeeze easier of a different spicy Honey that didn’t have any kick to it! I have purchased another bottle of it! THAT GOOD!
