Authentic phone and great performance.
I was happy to see the TRA label on the product confirming the UAE version of the phone, moreover the charger also stamped from the local assurance authority. Thanks to the Seller.The phone itself is brilliant inside out, except my dissatisfaction of the lack of headphone jack, tried a speaker converter to use my old earphones but turned out not working since it was not a digital kind of converters as I understand.The performance is great after couple of days of use so far.

”Rooted” phone which doesn’t permit installation of ”mobile apps” and with false warranty
I bought ââSamsung Note10 Plus mobile phoneââ online from this seller and received the delivery also. However, when I started to activate this phone there is a message which shows that this is a âârootedââ phone, hence ââMobile Appââ installation is not permitted with this device. When I checked with experts, I came to know that âârooted phoneââ is not secured and installation of ââMobile Appsââ will not be possible . Additionally, the device what I received shows ââSamsung Warrantyââ is applicable, however when I scanned the barcode for warranty, I could found this is false (ââthis page not foundââ). First of all purchasing a âSamsung Note10 Plusâ mobile phone which doesnât permit the installation of ââmobile appsââ is a problem, secondly rooting itself is a security concern for the phone/user and thirdly there is no warranty available for this phone.Hence, I have approached Samsung customer care for return of this product , but they did not approve the return. I suggest not to purchase any mobile phones from this seller, they claims all phones are original but they deliver non UAE version/ non-TRA phones.

Samsung glaxy note 10+ 526gb is a very good mobile and this is TRA, everything true which is menton on description, but i see in feedback 90% people said this is not TRA which is not true, this 100% TRA Original made in vetnam

Moving from iPhone to Samsung Note 10+
Dec_2019_ I am loving Note 10+ and now i don’t think so i will ever move back to iPhone. This phone is Less expensive than iPhone and offers bigger & better looking disply with extra features than iphone have.After 3 years my Samsung Note10+ screen turned yellow ( Almost dead) Samsung store is asking too much to fix it more than the price of the phone itself.Now I moved back from samsung to iphone.
