I’ve seen honey spiked with sugar crystals to help increase it’s yield before when I was in Lebanon, but the crystals in this honey look to be natural and taste natural as well. half the jar was crystallized, but it’s no big deal, just take a butter knife and break it up and mix it in evenly with the rest of the liquid honeySome people might think it’s been spiked with Cane Sugar or some other Sugar, but it doesn’t look to be like those kinds of sugar crystals to me. Mainly because of the texture and the taste, the crystals have a mildly sweat raw honey taste, if it was from cane sugar or any other sugar it would be way sweater and the taste would reflect. Do the taste test yourself, scoop out a clump of crystals and see how it tastes. If it tastes like a processed white sugar cube, then I guess that’s what they mixed in the honey to increase profits

I’m a bit of a honey connoisseur. I’ve been eating every kind of raw/unfiltered/unpasteurized honey I cand get my hands on for years. I find it helps with my IBS, curbs appetite and even helps with seasonal allergies.I have to say this is the best honey I have ever had in my life. It has a flawless viscosity, rich (but not overwhelming) flavor, and has stopped any sugar cravings dead in their tracks. I highly recommend it and I for one, look forward to trying all of their various honies.P.S. Bottle arrived in perfect condition (plastic not glass), very minor crystallization (which is perfectly natural) and the smell much like the flavor itself is rich but not overwhelming. Whether you want to add this honey to your next BBQ, a drizzle in a cream soup, or a simple slice of toast bread. I give it 5 stars all the way!
