I have purchased this appliance last year in July. It worked for one year, and failed. I am unsure how i can reach the Black and Decker to claim warranty. Their UAE website is not accessible, the seller also has not provided any contact detail.

MISSING PARTS
I purchased the BLACK+DECKER 600W 29 Function Food Processor with Blender, Grinder & Juicer (FX650-B5), and it has been an absolute disaster. Upon assembling it for kitchen tasks like slicing and shredding, I discovered that the essential holding part was missing. This left me completely frustrated and forced to shred manuallyâa tedious and time-consuming task. This product has failed miserably to meet its promises, and my experience has been nothing but disappointment. I deeply regret buying this and cannot recommend it to anyone.
