We loved the ease of use and convenience of this digital luggage weight scale. It’s perfect for travel, and the nylon strap and durable steel hook make it easy to measure suitcase and package weights. The rubber paint technology used on the item’s black shell part provides a friendly grip and comfortable touch. However, some users may find the device a bit small, but this is a minor complaint.

Almost useless, the strap is not better than a hook. I have an analogue scale type already. You have to hold this for quite a while and hopefully stable for it to lock on a number!! A case around 40lbs is not that easy to do let alone when up to around 50lbs near the limit. The reading given can vary 4-5lbs depending on how you do it. Meaning you’ve no idea if you’re really under if already high. No way can I recommend for anyone. Others maybe similar. The number of the weight does not remain for long. Maybe 10 sec but way to short IMO. I am going on a trip and return it when I return.

I tested this digital hanging scale because I didn’t want to take any chances and overpack. Before my trip, I wanted to check the reliability of this tool, so I did 2 quick tests.1) 20lbs dumbbell test – The purpose of this test was to test something with a known weight to see if it was accurate and precise. To my surprise, I tested it 3 times, and each time, it was precise and consistent. I also did the same thing with a scale to make sure it was consistent with the digital scale.2) luggage with clothes test – Now for the real test, I packed a carry-on luggage and measured it with both the digital scale and the glass scale. To my surprise, they were both accurate and precise within 0.1-0.2 of a lb.

A replacement, having been so pleased with our original, which has been misplaced. Really easy to use, the strap is so much better than a hook and accurate, so no surprises when you get to the airport. Remember to turn off or disconnect battery though, or you might find yourself stuck for the return journey.

I bought this despite my husband saying we didnât need it. Who do you think used it the most? Was easy to pack and we used it departing and also on our return flight. Was great to use since we were travelling light!
