This brand has really good honey but my personal preference is for their clover over the New England. I’ve used it in marinades as well as tea mostly and it is certainly a good honey with good flavor. The bottle and cap also are good, no breaking of the cap despite the sticky honey (although not as crazy sticky as other brands) that so many others experience. I did have a problem with crystallization of one jar pretty rapidly but haven’t had that happen again. I’ll stick to the brand but go back to clover as it’s a little more classic tasting.
