The bag came with no casing or box, full of scratches and dents and the lock doesn’t seem to be working. It seem like this bag has been retuned before for being faulty and they restocked it, this Is completely unacceptable from amazon, I am very disappointed as I have been a customer for a very long time, the quality of the service is really going down hill and the prices keep skyrocketing
