Worst product ever bought from Amazon. I bought 2 of these phones, the 2nd one was for my brother but he lost it 2 weeks ago and he was complaining about battery problems before the lost. I opened mine this week, the phone doesnât respond to calls, I have to screams to top of my lungs for the person at the other end can hear me, it takes 10+ minutes to receive a text message, it super slow to touch and press button, i can keep going, I wasted a $100 for this nonsense. So unhappy with this purchase.

This has to be the most awful phone I have purchased. I recommend do not buy this phone. First, went with T Mobile since said in descr phone is compatible w T Mobile. After hrs talking with TM tech support, barely any internet access, no hotspot..per TM phone is only partially compatible. Battery gets dangerously hot, have to keep turning off. Uses battery chg rapidly, no battery life. Chg port is at top of phone next to camera, other option buttons are not in usual places. Phone is a nightmare.
