after having my little boy i was veryyyyy sore (as you can imagine) the only was i could go for a wee was by getting in the shower and running water over me while weeing. so i bought these and i put them in boiling water and then took them out and put them in the freezer, to use sort of like ice packs & i used them every nice when i went to bed, by putting a towel under me and just putting them on my lady area for a few minutes. i felt SO much better after a few uses. they were great and i don’t know what i would of done without them. definitely recommend!

I purchased this to use after giving birth.I had a second degree tear whilst giving birth and haemorrhoids ( i know tmi). So was very sore. I used this after soaking on top of my pads and got instant relief of pain. My piles also healed in two days.I also used this in a bath soak and it definitely helped me have some relief. I would then use the pad on my underwear after the bath.My stitches were almost completely healed after two weeks and completely healed after three.I would definitely recommend using this. It is easy to use and provides pain relief.I was able to stop using dihydrocodeine tablets after two days and just paracetamol and ibuprofen for a week after giving birth.

Not sure if this actually sped up the healing process but it felt nice and soothing when applied warm. The box suggests to put in your pad when frozen, and also to pour excess liquid on pad then to put in freezer which I tried – it was excruciatingly cold!! Didn’t like the freezer option at al although I have been told that helps with reducing any swelling
