This model is very good . I ordered one more model HONOR X9c smart 5G on 9th may 03:36 pm and after 2 minutes I have cancelled same ,the amout AED738 deducted from my account card no.xxxx4856 but refund amount I didn’t get back dear Amazon team pls. follow up

Misleading Rugged Phone â Screen Shattered from Just 1 Meter Fall
I bought this phone for its claimed ruggedness and 2m drop resistance, but to my shock, the screen shattered from just a 1m fall. This is unethical and misleading advertising. The phone clearly doesnât live up to its promises. Extremely disappointed with the false durability claimâthis is unacceptable.
