This is a forgiving noodle that doesn’t turn into mush if you blink. I almost docked it a point because the flavor pack is mild, but really, if you love noodles, you can fix that real easy with what you have on hand. And sometimes it’s nice to have something mild for when my friend from Minnesota comes over. Those people are tough as hell when a cold snap hits, but don’t put pepper in their food, or they get a temper.

I wanted to like these, on paper they seemed like a healthy alternative, but the flavor had strange notes of flavor that made it unpalatable, even a cook/rinse didnât quite get rid of it. Maybe itâs some sort of uncanny valley reflex, where the brain is expecting noodle flavor, but itâs so close that the difference becomes the for forefront of the consciousness. I hate giving low stars for a food item, I mean Iâm the one who didnât like it, and maybe thereâs others out there that do⦠oh yeah, gotta cook for about 12 minutes to get them noodley, otherwise pretty chewy
