As a gluten free girlie, I am always hunting for something that I can eat that feels and looks like it should without giving me the rumbly tummy. I got a single pack of this to try in the grocery store and loved it so much I ordered this multi-pack. I love that it has a good flavor to it by itself, but it also really lends to adding whatever you have on hand. I throw in a jammy egg, roasted tomato, spinach, scallions, chili crunch, steamed veggies, really whatever I have. It’s the simplest meal and I’m very pleased to be able to keep it on the shelf instead of in the freezer with my other gluten free stuff.

This is good ramen but it is way overpriced. I bought them last year for $12.34 for a 10 pack and now they’re incredibly overpriced. I would wait for the price to go down or find another option because they’re not worth the inflated prices.

I was enticed to try a ramen-ish soup with rice noodles, so I picked up a pack of these. My first attempt following the package directions was a miss- the noodles clumped together and didn’t fully cook. They were decidedly al dente, but that’s not what I want in a soup.My advice is to go a bit beyond the package directions. I’ve found the noodles have a better texture after simmering for 5-6 minutes instead of the recommended 4. The miso soup flavor is very tasty, but distinctly different from the “ramen” type flavors that one may be used to. In fact, the only thing this has in common with ramen is that you boil noodles- the resulting product is very different.With that said, this is a very tasty miso soup with noodles. I like that it’s relatively lower calories and much less sodium than traditional ramen soups. It’s great for a quick snack or a lazy work lunch. If cooking at home, adding some small tofu strips or sprinkling some furikake over top pushes it to the next level.Overall, very tasty and worth the purchase. Just don’t expect either ramen or it being ready in 4 minutes.

They are yummy and have a great texture for gluten free. Don’t expect the 50 cent ramen flavor. The noodles have a kind of vanilla-y smell. The broth is like miso, rather than the regular ramen broth. They’re very good, but individual size is smaller than regular ramen. I really like them but I won’t buy again because of the price.

So for clarity, I am self diagnosed celiac (long story) and follow a GF diet. I used to eat ramen ALL the time and really missed it. Discovered these babies and I am SO happy with it! So far I have had the Millet and Brown Rice and the Jade Pearl, and Jade pearl is definitely my favorite. I do have some minor suggestions though.1. The portion sizes are pretty small, but I eat quite a bit so might just be me. Two packets of ramen gives me a full bowl of soup (the picture attached is half eaten already ð )2. I prepared it per instructions and quite frankly, it was pretty gross. When cooking rice noodles I ALWAYS rinse the noodles once they are cooked, and use fresh water for the broth. Personal preference, but I canât stand the filmy, cloudy broth you get when using the water the noodles were boiled in. Hereâs how I make my noodles.-boil water-add noodles-boil for 8 minutes for chewy noodles, 10 for soft noodles-drain noodles into a sieve or colander and rinse the noodles with cold water then place in bowl-rinse out pot then add fresh water for broth-for the broth I use the provided seasoning packets, a pat of butter, and a splash of GF soy sauce-pour hot broth over cold noodles (will warm them back up without overcooking them) and enjoy
