Iâve tried many liquid liners, gel liners and pencil liners. Out of all of what I tried, Maybelline Colossal Kajal proved itself the best in terms of money value, itâs waterproof quality and the finishing result. The eyeliner did not cause any kind of irritation or burning feeling and was easy to remove with a moisturizer. The best part is I did not experience âpanda eyesâ after spending time outside for 4-6 hours. The eyeliner still looks good as new even after coming back home. If you are looking for a beginner eyeliner or something thatâs economical and best in terms of quality, youâre in the right place. This product has been on repeat on my list whenever I need it.
