Phone was very nice. Downside for battery 3500mah only, has to be charge everyday for daily use, and hinge was broken 20days after unboxing, no earranty from seller, it says warranty was already expired. But thanks to amazon team they resolved my issue, coz electronics device typically comes with warranty at least 1yr. Upon pubrchase from amazon. Big thanks for the amazon customer service.I could suggest, When buying any electronics device highly recommended to purchase extended warranty.

I love Samsung phones, the phone was factory unlocked and worked great from the get go. but this month I dropped the phone from my bed to the floor and from there on the phone started having problems. It didn’t open fully but still worked, so , yesterday I open the phone to check my emails and I heard smth like swish sound coming from the phone it sparked a white line and the screen went black, this phone didn’t lasted a year I cannot believe it, I thought this was a good sturdy phone but no. I still have two more payments to go and it doesn’t work. I had to get a new phone in the meantime. I am not sure if I will replace the screen, because the replacement screen is not cheap either. Will I get another flip in the future, I don’t think so.

Had this phone under 2 years and the phone glitches and I get a green screen when I open it. I have to open and close to get it to work. I do not recommend this phone. Never will I buy a flip phone again. Too expensive not to last.

Me sigue gustando el celular, pero la tecnologÃa flex aún no es confiable y duradera.Apenas cumplió 2 años y se apaga al doblar el celular. Definitivamente es lindo, práctico pero poco duradero
