This is not a good product unfortunately. The wheel mechanism is just a nightmare. I brought it with me to a trip and made my life so difficult to carry it around. Not recommended at all

I REALLY want to love this case as its such an innovative design. But the USB on the case has something missing on the black case part. So plugging the charger into it and then the phone means it doesn’t charge like it should and its pointless.Really disappointed, it took so long to arrive that I really don’t want to now return it. But be aware it’s possible to be defective if you buy it

Perfect sized carry on bag. I love that itâs extendable for those long haul flights, but itâs small enough to fit on the smaller planes.The drink holder is a little flimsy, but it didnât spill my coffee, so itâs a win! I havenât tried the power outlet, as I have to buy a rechargeable battery, but itâs on the top of the to do list. Seems like a best idea.All in all. Very worth the dollars spent.
